Prohibited trading practices
These practices are not allowed on any InstantFunded account. They may lead to account closure and forfeiture of profits. InstantFunded decides in good faith whether a practice breaches these rules.
Latency and arbitrage exploitation
Using delayed or faster price feeds, or differences between servers, to lock in risk-free profit.
High-frequency and tick scalping
Opening and closing very large numbers of trades within seconds to exploit execution rather than market skill.
Account sharing and third-party trading
Anyone other than the account holder logging in or placing trades, including account managers and signal-sellers who control your account.
Copying trades to circumvent the rules
Copying trades between your own accounts, or from other traders, so that one account absorbs the risk and another collects the profit.
Hedging across accounts
Holding opposite positions on different accounts, yours or linked to others, to guarantee that one account succeeds.
Exploiting errors and loopholes
Trading on server errors, off-market prices, price feed glitches or swap loopholes.
Martingale and grid strategies that breach risk rules
Doubling down on losing positions so that exposure exceeds the 3% risk-per-trade limit.
Trading without a stop-loss
Every position must carry a stop-loss at the time it is opened.
Using multiple identities
Opening accounts under different names, emails or wallets to bypass limits or verification.
Consequences
We may close the account, cancel pending payouts and refuse future accounts. If you are unsure whether a strategy is allowed, email info@instantfunded.com before you trade it.
