Terms of Use

By purchasing an account you agree to these terms. InstantFunded provides simulated trading accounts for the fee shown at checkout. Accounts are non-transferable, one person per account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. We may close an account that breaches the trading rules, the prohibited practices or these terms. We may update these terms and the updated version applies from the date it is posted.

Accounts may not be resold or transferred. Fees and profit splits are calculated as stated on this website at the time of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, metals, indices, energies and crypto CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose your entire account balance. Leverage magnifies both profits and losses. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice. Simulated results do not represent actual trading and have inherent limitations.

Past or simulated performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consider whether trading is appropriate for your circumstances.

Privacy Policy

We collect the details you submit (name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, country, order and payment information) to process orders, issue credentials, verify identity before payouts and provide support. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service or where required by law. You can request access to or deletion of your data at info@instantfunded.com.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. You may ask us to correct or delete your data by emailing info@instantfunded.com.

Refund Policy

Because accounts are issued digitally, fees are non-refundable once credentials are sent. If your payment was received but credentials were not issued, or you paid an incorrect amount, contact info@instantfunded.com with your order ID and transaction hash and we will review it.

Where a refund is approved, for example for an overpayment or an order we cannot fulfil, it is returned in the same cryptocurrency, less network fees.

AML and KYC Policy

InstantFunded takes steps to prevent money laundering. We may request identity and address verification before a first payout and may refuse or reverse service where information is false or activity is suspicious. Payouts are made only to accounts in the verified trader’s own name or wallet.

We may ask for government ID and proof of address before approving a payout, and may decline to process payouts where verification fails or the source of activity cannot be confirmed.
